Taiga and Ami :3! By the way, I read the Usagi Drop manga and the post time slip pissed me off so bad it came close to ruining the rest of the series for me. I couldn’t believe it to be perfectly honest. I am holding on to my appreciation of the story when she’s a kid though :). I like bonds forming between two people and thinking of others before yourself in purely normal (not battling overpowered monsters to save the damsel in distress) ways. People often overlook the small sacrifices (or large) we make for others and that’s exactly what the story celebrates… Until she’s in high school and ERGH ARGH!!
Yes, I’ve heard little hints and grunts of that horror story :) Fortunately the anime never went there, and so it stayed beautiful and sweet till the end. The whole thing’s just all really nice and tasteful, I have no idea how they could’ve have ruined all that. But I don’t want to find out, I’m happy with the conclusion the anime offered.
Congrats on getting into Microsoft btw :P I’m so jealous!
